Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is defective, damaged, or expired.
- Product differs materially from what was ordered.
- Failed or duplicate payment transactions.
Non-Refundable Items
- Goods that have been opened or used (unless defective).
- Goods returned without original packaging.
- Perishable goods beyond the delivery date.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Include order ID, reason for refund, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
- Our team will verify your request within 5 working days.
Refund Methods
If approved, refunds will be processed:
- To your original payment method, or
- As for store credit, if requested.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations are not guaranteed.
