Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or expired.
  • Product differs materially from what was ordered.
  • Failed or duplicate payment transactions.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Goods that have been opened or used (unless defective).
  • Goods returned without original packaging.
  • Perishable goods beyond the delivery date.

 

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email info@workplusinnovation.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include order ID, reason for refund, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
  3. Our team will verify your request within 5 working days.

Refund Methods

If approved, refunds will be processed:

  • To your original payment method, or
  • As for store credit, if requested.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations are not guaranteed.
